Economic costs of corruption survey project was implemented from January-March with financial support of UNPD highly successful. There have been problems in the transition , of which corruption has emerged as one of the most pervasive. The objectives are:
1. Collect data on corruption, its size and the costs imposed by it on firms and individuals,
2. Identify the different types of corruption,
3. Develop recommendations regarding the survey
More that 1500 individuals and entities are participated including Ulaanbaatar, Zamiin Uud sum of Dornogobi province, Khovd sum of Khovd province.
The survey was taken by questionnaires at the three levels:
1. Public
2. Entities
3. Lawyers and legal professionals
There were conducted several researches regarding corruption public perception and corruption in business environment while Economic costs of corruption more designated to identify economic costs of corruption, how it negatively influence to economical development and activity of governmental organizations.

With financial support of Oyuntulkhuur Fund MWLA started to conduct Legal Literacy workshop for youth from July 20th including 6 bags in Tuv and 22 sums.
Most of the trainees are unemployed youth and young families.

- Criminal Law
- Administration Law
- Labor Law
- Family Law
- Children's Rights

This project is designed to disseminate Domestic Violence understanding and types through Mongolia and provide with information about organizations fighting against Domestic Violence.
The project successfully implemented till August 2001 with support of Soros Foundation.

. : : Survey conducted within project frame " Improving protection amongst young jokers participating in horse race" : : .

With cooperation of IPECMON MWLA conducted survey amongst 170 Naadam ( Mongolian National Festival July 11-13) audiences including horse trainers, young jokers and Naadam watchers.
The survey is aimed to identify public attitude concerning if participating in horse race is labor or not, if it's necessary to improve legal protection such as compulsory life and health insurance and appropriate prize mechanism for young jokers.
