activities of the Mongolian National
Mining Association
- To take part in elaborating drafts of
laws related to mineral resources and to provide recommendations
on the draft amendments to the existing
laws
- To prepare and submit proposals to abolish, amend and
revise any decisions, resolutions, laws that violate legal
rights and interests of the sector, or members of the association,
and have them solved
- To cooperate with governmental organizations and other
NGO, in solving issues related with safety, sanitary conditions
and other social welfare issues of employees and workers
in the mineral sector
- To provide Association members by information related
with mineral resources
- To become a member of international and domestic non-governmental
organizations, and to establish relations
with NGO organizations with similar objectives
- To organize professional consulting services
