Picture Gallery Discussion Participants list		This Internet discussion is to be held every year to coincide with Mongolia's Independence Day and to support ICT Vision 2010, the "blueprint" for the development of information and communications technology in Mongolia. The event is being organized by the Mongolian Youth Organization, the Talant-XI Fund and the Open Web Center.     The main purpose of the discussion is to help the country's children and youth learn about ICT and to encourage its use for study and personal achievement and development.     We welcome your active participation in this series of discussions.
