The power of communications provided by ICT to people who cannot speak or hear is immeasurable. The goal of this discussion was to enable handicapped deaf and mute children to communicate with each other as they never had before, and to provide them with a new forum for the exchange of their opinions and ideas.

Deaf and mute students from Ulaanbaatar's Special School No. 29 received Internet training, learned how to communicate using e-mail and participated in an online chat with children receiving similar training in Bayankhongor Aimag.
