Human Rights Education Centre is a non goverment and nonprofit voluntary organization
which works to promote the basic concept of human rights in Mongolia as enshrined in the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights
It believes that any distinction, exclusion or restriction made on the basis of race, sex, nationality,
age, religion, education, occupation or social status is unacceptable.
