Activities

The following activities are carried out with assistance of domestic and international organizations and active participation of its supporters in order to achieve the goals

A. Workshops:

* "Roles of women's non-governmental organizations in reproductive freedom and maternal and infant health family issues" jointly with UNFPA, mother and child health and family planning program and Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Ulaanbaatar.
* First conference of Rural women in Khovd aimag .
* Panel discussion with the member students of Red Rose center under MCDP.
* Seminar "Non-governmental organizations participation in building civic society" in cooperation with Canada foundation, and Women's information and research center and Democracy and women's movement for women working in NGO-s.
* Workshop "Voter's education" in Bayankhongor and Omnogobi aimags
* Family celebration in Omnogobi aimag jointly with "For World Peace association" and "Mongolian women association".
* The FERW has implemented the project "Girl's health and Hygiene" jointly with the "Center for children" and with the support of "Save the children foundation" which was organized in 6 children's camps and involved 600 girls in the survey.


* Workshop on health issues jointly with the "Mongolian family welfare Association " among the school dropouts in Orkhon aimag .
* Workshop "Reproduction and possibilities of self development" with the Mongolian Women's Association
* Workshop "Human rights- women's rights " "Maternal and infant health, family planning" "Girls' hygiene" in Zavkhan, Bayankhongor , Central aimag in UB outskirts districts.
* Workshop for medical doctors and nurses in Dalanzadgad, Khankhongor soums of Omnogobi aimag.
* Workshop of the Rural Sector data and study working group in UB jointly with UNIFEM.

d. Humanitarian aid

* In cooperation with the international foundation ADRA and Japanese "21-st Century association" delivered clothes donated as human aid to Bayankhongor, Omnogobi, Khovd, Orkhon, Selenge, Central, Sukhbaatar, Darkhan-Uul, Zavkhan aimags, to the women of Chingiltei district, Women's prison in Bayanzurkh.
* Teaching facilities were given to our branches in Bayankhongor, Omnogobi, Orkhon, Khovd, Zavkhan aimags.
* With the help of the international foundation ADRA hospitals were built in Tsogt-Ovoo, Nomgon soums and a kindergarten straw house in Tsogt-ovoo soum.

* Organized medical examination and training in 7 eastern soums of Omnogobi aimag jointly with the Association for family.
