- The center shall carry out the joint research with the corresponding organizations of the related country, on the life of foreign politicians, businessmen, diplomats, artists, scientist who made their contribution to the historical development of Mongolia, collect the materials about them, to publish books, to organize exhibitions and to make documentary films on them.

- The center shall research and introduce the Mongols and persons of the Mongolian origin who take special place in the history of other countries of the world.

- The center in cooperation with foreign embassies and diplomatic missions in Mongolia shall organize photo and book exhibitions on collect the related materials of and introduce the famous persons culture and customs of the related country.

- The center shall build a library of biographies of famous foreign and local persons and serve the public.

- The center shall have a date-base on biographies autographs, photos of famous people and serve the references to the public.

- The center shall publish a series of books "Biographies of famous Mongolian people" and "famous people of the world" .

- The center shall write the story of the famous people and their family by order, make their memorial video record, take their photos, include them into its data-base and introduce them to the public.

- The center shall give a lecture on biographical study to the university and college students and carry out trainings among them.
